We’re working with a leading Tier One law firm in Sydney that is looking to add an Associate or Senior Associate to its Corporate Advisory / M&A team.
This is a chance to work on some of Australia’s most high-profile and complex transactions, including:
- Public and private M&A
- Equity capital markets transactions
- Cross-border restructurings and corporate reorganisations
- Joint ventures and corporate governance matters
The team acts for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors across a broad range of industries. You’ll be working closely with highly regarded partners on transactions that shape markets and define careers.
Who we’re looking for:
- Strong technical and drafting skills in corporate/M&A work
- Commercially minded, able to provide strategic advice
- Collaborative, with a desire to mentor and support junior colleagues
- Ambitious and looking to grow in a market-leading corporate team
