Liz Henry and Matt Hart bring more than 30 years’ combined experience.

Liz leads partner search with 20+ years’ experience as a senior HR and talent leader within top-tier international law firms in London and Australia. She has a deep understanding of how law firms operate and advises Managing Partners and global leadership teams on lateral hiring, internal promotion processes, and has built a deep international network of senior legal talent. Liz has supported the appointment and onboarding of multiple lateral partners, advising on candidate assessment, process and integration.

Matt is the Founder and Managing Director of Recrevi Group. He brings a wealth of experience to his leadership role and is one of the leading legal recruiters in the world. He has successfully placed hundreds of high-performing lawyers across the globe. His extensive market reach includes Australia, New Zealand, London, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Cayman Islands, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Dublin, and Tokyo. After law school, and prior to moving into recruitment, Matt started his career in New York where he worked as a strategy consultant. Matthew is known for his authenticity, honesty, and unwavering dedication to the search process.
