Mahiya joins Recrevi with a background in early careers and campus recruitment, having led graduate, clerkship and internship programs across Australia, Japan, Singapore, The Philippines, Hong Kong and India. She brings experience from Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie, and PwC, Aurora Energy Research and HWLE Lawyers and is currently completing postgraduate law studies. Mahiya blends her background in psychology and talent development to support the next generation of legal leaders.
