Mahiya joins Recrevi with a background in early careers and campus recruitment, having led graduate and internship programs across Australia, Japan, Singapore and India. She brings experience from Commonwealth Bank, Macquarie and PwC, and is currently completing postgraduate law studies. Mahiya blends her background in psychology and talent development to support the next generation of legal leaders.
