Matthew has successfully placed hundreds of high-performing lawyers across the globe. His extensive market reach includes Australia, New Zealand, London, New York, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Cayman Islands, Singapore, Hong Kong, UAE, Dublin, and Tokyo.

Matt graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney, with a Juris Doctor. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Communication / Journalism) and Bachelor of Sport Studies from Charles Sturt University. After law school, and prior to moving into recruitment, Matt started his career in New York where he worked as a strategy consultant for Repucom (now Nielsen Sports), advising teams, leagues, and brands on their sponsorship strategies. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys cooking, watching & playing sport, and spending quality time with his wife and three kids.
